Match report

Match reports are the views of the author, and not necessarily those of the club.

Definitely end of season stuff played in high spirits and high [gale force] winds though, amazingly, it stayed dry.  Cavalier batting by the usual Prestwick names coupled with several dropped catches, poor fielding and buzzers at both sets of stumps led to a large Prestwick score.  Bowling as usual was inconsistent with too many balls asking to be hit.

Again the Accies' batting relied too heavily on the ever dependable Jamie Percival with no one else looking as though they were going to make an impression.

The last match is on Monday against Helensburgh forced by the return of New Anniesland to the supposed winter sport of rugby.
