Match report

Neil Dowers gave the team its post mortem at the end of a rather brief match in which the Accies' lads were outplayed in almost every department by a 7-strong team from Kelburne aided in the field by young Ruairidh Russell and some friend of one of the other Accies' players.

The only real batting rsistance was provided by Cameron Russell aided by some agricultural hitting by Salman Rashid at the tail.  The team was bowled out in just under 14 overs leaving 6 overs unused!

Some wayward opening bowling from Dhruv Satpute and Rob Sandford was capitalised upon by the Kelburne openers who racked up 41 runs from the first 4 overs faced.  Cameron Russell with 2 for 9 and Chris Rae put a brief brake on proceedings but the game was over in 11.4 overs!

The lads will have to bat for the full 20 overs and bowl much better against a potentially useful Ayr side at Cambusdoon next week.
