Two players star in U11's match against Uddingston

Posted on Friday 13th May 2011 by Colin Dawson

In tonight's U11 match against Uddingston at Bothwell two young players earned invitations to the end of season Cricket Section Dinner and Awards night in September.

Drew Cameron and Jamie Percival both achieved the almost unthinkable feat of taking four wickets in four balls - all bowled!  They will both remember this match for many years to come and we congratulate them on their achievements.

I have seen hat tricks before but cannot recollect two in the same match and certainly never two instances of four in four in the same match!!  Has anyone else or is this a record?  Replies please to
