In the past few weeks, two Accies have scored their first centuries in the 1XI.

On the 1st July, Daniel Scott hit his first ever hundred, surpassing his previous best of 97* for his club side in Victoria. His 137* came in only 112 balls and will be remembered best for the enormous six which cleared a typical Accies mid-off boundary plus a cover lengthwise. It was one of the largest hits New Anniesland has seen in recent years.

The next week, skipper Fraser Murray finally overcame his fear of three figures to score his first Saturday century, surpassing his previous best of 99. His 101* came up with the winning runs and took exactly 101 balls. The innings was decribed in a St. Michaels match report as 'dominating' and the traditional post-ton round cost Fritzy £36, he complains.
