Race and Stumpy Night

The Accies Race and Stumpy Night will take place on Friday 27 March at the club house in New Anniesland.

There will be food, horse races, coin bowling for prizes and the obligatory stumpy races, for which the club accepts no responsibility for psychological damage or laundry bills.

It's a simple fun format: buy drink, place bet, watch race, shout at useless nag, mutter darkly as you repeat it all over again and your teammates count their winnings.

Even better with stumpy when you can place a bet and shout at flapping teammates as they spiral out of control miles away from the finishing line.

Races are also available for sponsorship at £20.

It will be a fun evening and all so come along and help to raise much needed funds for the club.
