Match report

A bag full of riches this evening! It didn't rain, I did not have to score thanks to Grayson Aspinall and I didn't have to umpire thanks to Craig Paterson.

Moreover the Accie lads bowled well on the whole and batted even better on the whole with several producing attacking shots.  Paterson, Aspinall, McGowan and Shabbir all reaching double figures with the bat. With Accies scoring 97 runs from the bat alone this was more than scored from the last three matches combined!!  Please keep this up. Some glorious cover drives, on drives and pull shots made this an evening to remember.

Sadly there is no match next Friday due to Vale of Leven's withdrawal from the league.  The next match will be on 4 August v Stenhousemuir [a], a long trip there and back!
