Match report

This was not a league match with 'Dale asking for a friendly against our lads and we were more than happy to oblige.

Although overhead conditions were somewhat gloomy that did not reflect on the Accies' youngsters' performance. With Greg Macmillan winning the toss and electing to field the Accie bowlers were pretty much on the mark when not bowling wides. Best were Shreenil Vani, Greg Macmillan, Lochlan Morris, Simon McAlpine-Scott and Uwais Mohsan bowling his quicker variety with David McAllister chipping in with his combination of leggies and offies.  The "big hitting" 'Dale final pairing was kept quiet with sensible bowling giving little width.

In rep with the bat it was quickly evident that the Accies' boys had more firepower only messed up with a couple of run outs and other dismissals in the middle of the innings.  However the lads were always ahead of the clock with all batsmen contributing runs to the total and the final result was never in doubt.
