Match report

An U15 team without Jamie Percival and Adam McMurray was always going to struggle and not helped by the fact that they could only muster 8 players.  Duke of Edinburgh awards and sudden illness to Jack McCamley-Wilding didn't help.

Only Hussain Mohsan made double figures before he went gardening - not a great idea with Zain Ashraf (Scotland U15) behind the stumps.

Surprisingly it took five overs and the loss of 2 'Dale wickets before the match finished.  Ehsen Mahmood took a good catch and also contrived a run out.

Probably the longest decision of the night was who should keep wicket. It should have been Jack before his illness, then Hussain wanted to keep because of a "sore elbow" but Qasim decided Hussain should bowl.  Only then did Tom Keeley suddenly remember that he had kept before and actually enjoyed it.
