Match report
Brilliant spells from Nelson and Young to restrict Kelburne, backed up by (mostly) solid fielding. Kelburne perhaps got more runs than they should have in the middle overs.
In the end, a run here or there wouldn't have mattered, as the top order crumbled due to the slow pitch and some good Kelburne catching. Only Ross Paton, with a spendid, mature 42 rescued the innings from 29-6 to restore respectability. It was a great shame that he couldn't go on to hit his first fifty for the side and win the match.
