Match report

Convincing win for Midweek XI against Poloc Panthers on a lovely sunny day for cricket. Accies won the toss & elected to bat first based on team discussion & golden words from H.Malik who wants to follow Ricky Ponting's advice that bat first if you are not sure what to do. Dave continues with his new avatar of hard hitting with a strike rate of over 157 with U.Irfan who carried the innings with a brilliant 55 & did exactly what captain asked him. G.King chipped in well in his frst T20 for club. A blasting inning with a strike rate of over 222 from Morris (Myles) helped his team to finish on 190/6. A.Javid finished 3 for 26 for Poloc.

Poloc started well but always looks behind the asking rate beacause of tight line bowled by Accies bowlers supported by fantastic ground fielding. A.Javid looks dangerous with his hard hitting before S.Afridi removed him on 39 from 20 balls who's bowling figures looks perfect 2-1-3-3. Captain used 11 bowlers to give a chance to all, G.Joshi & G.King enjoyed wicket a piece & Waj looks happy from sidelines as he got a new bowler for his team.
