Match report

Events were moving along well with the Stirling youngsters quickly shot down at 48 for 5.  Normally one would expect that to be the beginning of the end but two "secret weapons" came in to bat for the 6th wicket being their two best batsmen. Not another wicket was taken until the final score of 121 was reached after the 20 overs.

In reply, once Adam McMurray and Nick Rae had departed, there was no firepower left to combat such a score.  Rick Mukhopadhyay scored 20 but took eighteen overs to do it.

The three U11's called into the side all performed well but the more experienced players have to take the major role when chasing a "run a ball" target.

The final two matches are next week and Jamie Percival should be back from his extensive holidays.
