Match report

Once again the Accie youngsters found themselves pitted against one of the better, if not the best, teams in the league - older, wiser, stronger and utterly focused.

Other commitments had also reduced the overall available squad to the minimum of 6 players with Karan Shah making his debut and looking promising with bat and ball and also as a wicketkeeper.

Our lads needn't feel discouraged although concentration and awareness in the field plus technique do need a bit of work - there's plenty of time for that as long as Sunday mornings stay dry.
