Getting to Anniesland

By Train

The nearest train station is Anniesland, served by fast and regular services from Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen Street.

On leaving the station turn right, and make your way to the other side of the Cross (Glasgow High School). With the High School on your left hand side head along Anniesland Road to Helensburgh Drive, the second road on the left.

Jordanhill station, located on Crow Road, is a 15-20 minute walk.  Turn right after leaving the station and cross Crow Road at the first junction.  Continue up Crow Road, and follow the road round Glasgow High School to Anniesland Road and turn second left into Helensburgh Drive.

By Bus

Firstbus service 6 stops closest to the ground (alight at the stop on Anniesland Road beside Glasgow High School).

Firstbus service 16 stops on Crow Road at Glasgow High School, just before Anniesland Cross.

A large number of buses use Great Western Road - alight at the third stop after Anniesland railway station, at the petrol station, when travelling from the city and head along Munro Place towards the ground.

By Car

Anniesland is well connected for travel by car.

From the east, leave the M8 at junction 17 (signposted "Dumbarton"). Turn right at the traffic lights and then head straight along Great Western Road to Anniesland Cross (3 miles), just past the railway bridge.

From the south use the Clyde Tunnel, travelling straight ahead until you reach Anniesland Cross.

Once you have reached Anniesland Cross, follow signs for "Yoker". Helensburgh Drive is the second road on the left.
